By submitting a file or form or any info by any means, you are giving the [TiC] Clan the right to post, distribute, review, edit, and others to review (as allowed by us at this web site) this submitted file indefinitely free of charge to us or them. Submitting material does not give you any ownership or influence of this web site or clan in whole or in part at any time. Submitter's email and personal data will NOT be sold or given out to any 3rd parties unless mandated by the Courts or by Law or regulations as a general policy. By submitting any files here, you are certifying that all data you are submitting is free of any virus, malicious code or script, or "known bugs". "Material" and "file" means any software, map, logo, model, writing, tutorial, graphic, script, page, link, data, etc, and all accompanying files or information, in any form hardcopy or electronic.
 

FILE USAGE POLICY:

By viewing or downloading files from our site you agree to release us from any and all liabilities. Reprinting, reposting, quoting, or  redistribution of any of our files or other items from this site in any way is absolutely not allowed in any circumstance. The "Private Area" of our site is just that Private to only [TiC]  Members, Guests, and Screened Applicants of our Club. If you try to gain access when you are not authorized or try to harass, discredit, or hack our site, you grant us the right to gather any info on you by any means necessary past or present and to distribute that info to any third party or as needed as we deem fit in seeking to correct any attack or invasion or action against us. By harassing us, you grant us the right to edit, remove, or add any files to any computer or computer network system or communication system you use, including contacting your ISP, family, school, employer, etc.

Our site has many tips submitted over the years to help others, we do not allow cloning or coping of our web site, but we do encourage friendly people to freely read and learn from it. If you ask, you will almost always be granted permission to link to a page of ours, but please do not copy our pages, we had to work hard to build this site. Our Club is about having fun and helping others as best we can, we hope that people that visit our Club's site benefit from it and help us help make online gaming a better place.
