HELP US PLEASE ?
If you are a simply a "regular" on
our servers or a friendly, mature, reliable person that is
interested in helping the MiGHTY [TiC] Clan, you are more
than welcome to play on our servers anytime and can help us
by spreading the word about the
[TiC] Clan's web site and
[TiC]Clan Servers to
your friends.
The [TiC] Clan is ran solely by volunteers. If you are a
still only a Screened Applicant, then please first spend your
time learning the
Rules and
Clan Structure and then
take the [TiC-G] Guest Quiz, rather than volunteering for a
clan job at this stage, as you will need to learn our rules
and clan structure before helping with the clan. If you are
a [TiC-G] Guest or [TiC] Member of the MiGHTY [TiC] Clan, then
PLEASE give something back to our Club routinely in some way
each week. Note you have
to be at least a "[TiC-G] Guest" before you can hold a
"clan job" in the Clan. You have to be at least a [TiC]
"Member" before you can become a "Recruiter".
Below is a list of some of the many ways
the [TiC] Clan always needs help.
THANK YOU FOR HELPING. ;-)
HOW TO VOLUNTEER:
Volunteer by
posting a message on the
[TiC]
Private Forum
telling everyone WHAT and WHEN and HOW LONG
you want to help with it. Simply post a message on
the
[TiC]
Private Forum with the heading
saying:
""I want to help the [TiC] Clan with --INSERT WHAT YOU WILL HELP WITH--"".
Please include your game name and email and list your talents and plans and
amount of time you want to donate. Indicate
if it is just for one EVENT or a repetitive/weekly
thing. Indicate if you think you can RUN (host) it
or just HELP (co-host) with it.
The Council Members and Department Managers
read the Message Board every day, and will
promptly contact you and put you to work. If you want to be
an "Instructor", "Event Coordinator", or "Recruiter",
the Department Manager for the [TiC] Training Department
will contact after you post. Council Members should be
putting new guys to work, by talking to them, finding their
talents and then directing new people in the direction of a
Department Manager. Department Managers should also be helping to
put new guys to work, by advertising openings, talking to them, finding their
talents and assigning them a job out right or as someone's
assistant until they learn enough to do a "clan job".
Remember, hard workers progress into and up thru our Club
quicker. ;-)
