WELCOME To begin with, we would like to welcome you to [TiC] (Talk is Cheap) Clan. We are a global club of friendly, mature, adult internet gamers. What makes us different is that we use Roger Wilco voice communications software to talk as we play. This makes us more coordinated and therefore effective as a team as well as increasing the fun we have. We are usually online every chance we get, you can find us on line 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so look us up for a game. Our Members have come from countries all over the world (Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech, Germany, Holland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA, etc) (English speaking) and range in age from from young adults to 50++ years old, supposedly responsible members of the community. Membership is free if you have what it takes.

WHO is [TiC] ?

[TiC] 'TALK is CHEAP' Clan, was founded on the 5th of June in 1999 and consisted of 4 Half-Life (HL) players (Andys[Army], EVIL., Nels, and RC). We are now a group of 50+ and growing each day. We have many contacts of individuals we play with, most of who are in the process of joining. We have both expert and novice players. We treat all Members the same and are constantly looking for players who are mature and friendly to talk with and helpful and have a good personality.

ACTIVITIES and GOALS:

The activities we are involved with include: playing Half-Life and mods like TFC/Counterstrike/DoD/Firearms and other games and helping people on our message board, training one another in classes, and talking to gamers around the world using Roger Wilco. We are not restricted to Half-Life players and encourage players of other games to join, that said, Half-life is the easiest game you'll find Clan Members to play with at this time. We also play a lot of Ghost Recon too. Each one of our Members has something to offer our Clan and our other Members. One of our goals is to provide a global network of players and constant support the Half-Life (and general gaming) community in any positive way that we can as time allows.

Status:

Your status is determined by your contributions to our Club, your morale, your loyalty, and your character. Here at [TiC], we do not tolerate cheating, especial against the Clan, nor do we tolerate any unsportsmanlike conduct. We play a fair game. If caught cheating, more than likely you will be kicked out without a warning. These are fairly easy standards to abide by. If you are liked and show great improvement you will advance. Remember when you wear the "[TiC]" tag, your actions represent all of US here at [TiC], so PLEASE set a good example.
